Bag is true to pictures, however it is not vegan leather, I didn’t read the fine print, still a really cute if cheap feeling bag. Arrived after 2 months due to covid shipping & was held up for almost 2 weeks in NJ, not sure why. Overall 3.5/5 for the bag.

Shipping was majorly delayed due to Covid (totally understandable), but I received quick responses from customer service when I inquired. They also sent me an update once the shipping actually made it to the US without me prompting or asking again which was really nice and helpful. Once the package arrived, I was very pleased with the product, so would definitely recommend! Great product and service.

Handbag is cute, I knew what size I take, so I'm happy that it is small, I love such bags, came in a beautiful brown color without a fish, two belts are included, inside two compartments are separated by a zipper pocket, accessories yellow, of the minuses-sticky, acrid smell of glue, on the belts it is clear that for a long time they will not be enough, Did not like the lining, or rather it is not, inside the bag is just cheap leatherette, I would like the usual fabric, took for 900, it was possible and podskkvle
