Do I get a Receipt for my Order?
You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after the payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.
What currency will I be charged?
All of our prices are charged in USD. You can change the currency and see the price in your currency. The amount is always according to the daily currency rate.
Shipping Costs / Do you Ship internationally?
Yes we ship worlwide and offer free shipping.
What is your Refund Policy?
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at support@pursd.com with pictures of the damaged items. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
PURSD.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, PURSD. will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@pursd.com
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Why have I not received my shipping confirmation?
The most common reason for not receiving confirmation emails is that there is a typo in the email address as entered at the time of purchase. Sometimes, the confirmation emails are sent to the spam folder. Check there first. If it's not in the spam folder kindly contact us at support@pursd.com and we'll locate the order and correct the matter.
Do your products contain any animal byproduct?
NO! Our products are made from only man-made material.
How do I unsubscribe from my e-mails?
All of our emails contain an unsubscribe option in the footer of the email.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed. We have upgraded our systems to provide instant processing and quicker fulfillment.
